Did you know you can see London for under £10. Here are some ideas.....

One thing that still fascinates me about London is how much you can do and see for free.

You do not need to be living the highlife to see the real beauty of London.  Take a trip up to the City on the No 11 Bus and take in the sights of the town.  You go through Westminster, Trafalgar Square, Aldwych and then into the City by St Paul's etc.  Who needs to pay £30 on a London City Tour when you have the No 11 bus on your door stop. You can then take a wonder around the City.  Pop into St Paul's for free.  Go and have a good walk around at the weekend when it is nice and quiet.  Why not walk over the Millennium Bridge and pop into the Tate....

There are also the London Walks that are so well priced at £9.00 and you can go off and walk in the footsteps of Victorian London, Ghostly London, Harry Potter's London etc.  They do great walks and all for under £10. Have a look at them here: http://www.walks.com/London_Walks_Home/Mondays_Walks/default.aspx

You can access great meal deals in town.  It is still possible to eat on the cheap with great meal deals given by restaurants daily (check out Miss Jones).  There are always pre theatre deals, two for one deals etc.  Why spend a fortune when you can eat very well on the great deals available.

What about popping into the Saatchi Gallery on the Kings Road.  They have great exhibitions on and recently had a Hermes one where all the bag makers, needlework ladies, designers etc were showing how all the Hermes products are made.  It was a beautiful exhibition. Again the majority of all exhibitions in London's museums are free.  You can find out more information about the Saatchi Gallery on http://www.saatchi-gallery.co.uk.

There is so much you can do in London that does not have to cost a fortune.  Keep checking our blog to have a look at what is good to go and see in London that we have tried and tested.

Lots of love

Miss Jones xx
