When work gets super stressful, which tends to be most days, I like to go somewhere calming and relaxing on my lunch hour. I've just discovered the perfect spot. It's called Amanzi Tea and its conveniently located on New Cavendish Street.
This tea shop is a tea lovers paradise, it has so many flavours to choose from. It stocks oolongs, beneficial teas, green teas, white teas, fruity, nutty, milky, frothy, bubble and iced teas. You'll always have a new flavour to try especially as the staff very willingly hand out free samples helping you to discover and enjoy new tastes and flavours that you wouldn't usually order.
The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful and each and every one of them knows each of the teas and its qualities inside out. If you walk in and ask for something to help with your cold, they've got it - lemon, honey and ginger. Or if your stressed - lavender and chamomile, if you're tired try the energy tea, and if you're feeling adventurous try something new!
You can also buy the tea so you can enjoy it at home. The packaging is really beautiful and I want to buy every single tin because they would look fabulous in my apartment!
With a gorgeous white washed interior and comfortable Pantone sofas its easy to sit back and relax with a delicious cup of tea and leave your stresses in the office. I recommend for you all to go and try, let me know which flavours are your favourite.
