The Spice Menu at Corrigan’s

Corrigans are spicing things up in January with guests able to sample tasting plates designed by Richard Corrigan with influences from Green Saffron Spices. The Spice Menu at Corrigan’s Mayfair will be running in the bar until Saturday 21st of January and the dishes will be teamed with a selection of spice inspired cocktails and refreshing beers.

The menu starts from £25 for three plates or up to £55 for 9 dishes.

Example dishes include:

Spiced Roasted Lobster,
Cornish Crab, Cardamom, Rosewater & orange
Lord Lurgan’s Broth, Chicken Oyster, Bhuna Spices, Coriander
Roast Diver Scallop, Spiced Chickpeas

Guests dining at Corrigan’s on Monday 16th or Tuesday 17th will be welcome to join them for spice talks & cooking demos by Arun Kapil from Green Saffron Spices.
