Bentley’s honour the Great British Dish – the one and only Fish & Chips

Richard Corrigan will host the 2012 Fish & Chips Awards (www.fishandchipawards.com) on Tuesday 17th January. To mark the occasion, Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill are recognising the brilliance of tradition and have created a special ‘Assalted and Battered’ fish menu, which showcases why Bentley’s is celebrated as the best place in the capital for luxury fish and chips and why fish and chips really are a match made in heaven.

The menu (see below), which will be available in the Grill lunchtimes, Monday to Friday and on Monday evenings, offers 3 courses for £24.95. It features different variations of the classic combination such as Skate, Potato Scallops and Salsa Verde or the more traditional but sustainable Beer Battered Pollack with Crushed Peas and Tartare sauce. Starters include Bentley’s renowned Fish Soup and the unusual Tea Roasted Mackerel with Rhubarb and Horseradish.
