Loud, proud and lavish, the multi award-winning musical Priscilla Queen of the Desert has been packing them in to the Palace Theatre for nearly three years. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, and as the final curtain comes down on this much-loved wizard from Oz, so that equally glamorous Soho institution Kettner’s hosts its very own farewell party.
During the last week of the show’s run from 27th to 30th December, Kettner’s, conveniently located directly behind the theatre, is offering the chance to partake in Priscilla’s Fabulous Finale Afternoon Tea.
Release your inner goddess and tuck into a lavish spread of homemade sandwiches, 'Hot Stuff' cup cakes, a selection of fruity tarts and a ‘Three Divas’ trio of mini éclairs, mini scones and mini pavlovas, all washed down with your choice of tea.
Available from 1pm until 6pm, the cost is just £15.00 per person; for £22.00 Kettner’s will throw in a ‘Bernadette’s Bellini’ for good measure.
An integral part of Soho since 1867, Kettner’s is now a thriving brasserie, cocktail and champagne bar, with its seven gorgeous private rooms - including The Apartment - offering the capital one of its most stylish, distinctive and flexible events spaces.
