Fit for a Princess and Hotel Verta in Battersea are launching a series of Lunch and Style events


Fit for a Princess, London’s top female bootcamp provider has teamed up with Hotel Verta, a luxury 5 star hotel on the banks of the River Thames in Battersea to launch the first of a series of Lunch and Style events for Ladies on Friday 4th November 2011. Janey Holliday, founder of Fit for a Princess and Executive Chef Neal Dove have created a delicious and nutritious lunch, combining health with a little indulgence too! Patrisey restaurant will play host to the lunch, which costs £29 per person and includes Fit for a Princess cocktail, 2 courses, mineral water, and 1⁄2 bottle of wine and peppermint tea.

The Fit for a Princess cocktail has been created by Janey Holliday and Vertilon Bar Mixologist Zsolt Berki: Incorporating Vodka, the purest form of alcohol, a dash of lemon, a natural detoxer and pomegranate, the super food fruit.

Guests will also enjoy a fascinating talk by Janey on how to eat healthily when dining out and top London stylist, Rowan McKinnon, founder of StyleEyes, will share some highlights of how to perfect your autumn and winter wardrobe. In addition, lunch guests will have the opportunity to ask Janey and Rowan any questions about health and style over a peppermint tea after lunch.
