Gluten Free Brownies

Happy Thursday...

I hope you are all well and have had a great week so far.

I have discovered that a lot of you are following a Gluten free diet and avoiding carbohydrates like the plague!  You are going to love the below.

We have found a list of where you can get Gluten free brownies.  How great is this.  They will not make you feel bloated or sleepy although I am not sure what the calorie content is..   Loving wheat free brownies.....

Check out the list below where you can pick up these brownies and I am sure that you will enjoy them.

Happy eating!!

Love

Miss Jones xx

Chocolate brownie with cacao nibs
Contains coffee granules and Peruvian cacao nibs, making it a dangerously good afternoon pick-me-up — with none of the heaviness of a wheat or dairy-full brownie.

£2.50, The Free From Bakehouse, Thurs-Sat at Borough Market, SE1, or fortnightly Saturdays at Brockley Market, SE4; sugargrain.com

Chocolate brownie
Intensely dark, smooth with occasional nutty clusters and no horrible sugary rush afterwards.

£1.90, WAGfree bakery, Brixton Village, Atlantic Road, SW2, or in Selfridges Food Hall; wagfreefood.com

Double choc chip
Almondy, moist and the recent winner of a Great Taste Gold Award. Unexpected, given that these arrive in a packet through your letterbox.

£12.50/box of six by post, Rolly’s Brownies; rollysbrownies.co.uk

Better brownie
These came about by mistake — in an early batch they forgot to fully melt the chocolate, leaving lumps of solid chocolate throughout. It’s slightly orangey, a bit nutty, and light with a lovely deep chocolatiness.

£1.95/out, £2.40/in, Leon, cafés across London; leonrestaurants.co.uk

Gosh! Peanut butter brownie
Dairy-, egg-, wheat- and gluten-free-, yet with a gloriously gooey centre.

£2.50, Cookies and Scream, The Market Hall, NW1; cookiesandscream.com
