U'luvka Valentine Cocktail

ULUV ME COCKTAIL

2oz Uluvka

.75oz St. Germain

.25oz Simple Syrup (1:1)

.75oz Lemon Juice

1 muddled strawberry

Absinthe Rinse

Martini Glass

Strawberry

Top with Brut Champagne

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberry, after adding the lemon juice, simple syrup, St. Germain, and Uluvka Vodka. Rinse a chilled Martini glass with Pernod Absinthe. Add fresh ice into the mixing glass and shake it with lots of TLC. Strain the cocktail into the Martini glass. Crown the drink with Champagne. Garnish it with the Strawberry.
