While you buy your trainers why not have a work out as well!

Happy Friday.

I hope you are all well and you are looking forward to the weekend?  I know that the weather is not going to be amazing this weekend, so why not head down to Reeboks first ever fitness hub.

The clever people at Reebok came up with the idea of combining you fitness lifestyle with with a shopping experience!  Now that is not a bad idea to me.

The store is decked out like a gym: there are fixtures that replicate gym equipment such as agility rings, music specially selected for workouts, genuine gym flooring and functioning plyometric jump boxes as seating. Customers are literally immersed in fitness as soon as they enter.

Apparel is clustered together around the store according to your workout (classic, training, running and studio), so it’s easy to find exactly what you need. And mannequins are positioned to reflect each sport, showing how the kit moves with your workout.

Even the staff are above and beyond, with strong fitness backgrounds and qualifications ranging from personal trainers and nutritionists to sports scientists. They are passionate about helping you to find the right kit for your workout, but can also help with training tips and general health advice while you’re shopping.

Not only that, but the hub are keen to give back something to the community and encourage Londoner’s to get active. So they are offering FREE workout classes in store throughout the week (Mon-Fri), as well as in-store fitness challenges and take away workout cards. The Reebok Community Board will also publicise local events, new workouts, local gyms and instructors etc.

This is the first of six Reebok FitHubs to open in the UK this year so expect something nationwide soon.

Why not pop along at the weekend and check it out!

Have a great weekend.

Love

Miss Jones xx
