Celebrity Spotting and Yoga

Happy Tuesday.

I know that most of us enjoy Yoga and occassionally spot the odd celebrity there.  Wimbledon champ Andy Murray pops into the Parsons Green Bikram yoga every now and then.

We have found some other classes that have had a bit of a celeb following.  Have a peek below.

Bikram Yoga North

If you want to down dog with Helena Bonham Carter, this is the place for you. It’ll be hot in there, so be sure to keep your cool when in the company of a movie star.

Jivamukti London

Kate Moss is Jivamukti’s most famous recruit. The best place to practise is at the dedicated Jiva studio — Thandie Newton is likely to show up.

Sohot Bikram Yoga

Celebs love Bikram. Lost’s Matthew Fox has been known to frequent Sohot’s Fitzrovia studio, as has Brit actress Olivia Williams. Goldie is a regular.

Indaba Yoga

When she’s in town, Lily Cole drops in to practise Dharma Mittra yoga at Indaba with the master teacher Mark Kan.

L!FE Shoreditch

Russell Brand must have seen our feature mentioning that his favourite kind of yoga, Kundalini, is taught at L!FE. Last week he tweeted to say he was there, “spiritually loitering”.
