Music on the way to work...

How many times have you ignored the buskers on the tube!!  A while ago on the way to a meeting I was on the tube and we had some buskers come and join us.

You could instantly see everyone bury their heads into what they were reading, other commuters got of the train and moved to another carriage etc.  I found that really sad.  These guys were actually very good and you may have seen them on the District Line going to and fro.  A guitarist and a fiddler.  They brought a smile to my face.  We forget in the hustle and bustle of life that people are trying to make a living and do not have a job.  Give them a smile and pop some change in if you can spare it.  You never know when you might need the generosity of a stranger.

Their tunes kept my earphones out of my ears all the way to Liverpool Street and our carriage really enjoyed having them on board.  The musicians were so polite and not asking for money.  You just gave if you could.  When they left they thanked everyone for their time and for listening.

It was a lovely way to spend a dull 20 minutes on the tube to Liverpool Street.  If you see them why not take a pic and send to us....

Have a great Monday.

Love

Miss Jones xx
